Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or store credit.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile stoneware or glassware is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
