What materials are Costa Nova products made of?
Our collections are crafted from the finest natural resources in Portugal, primarily high-quality fine stoneware. This material is durable, eco-friendly, and designed to withstand intensive daily use while maintaining a beautiful aesthetic.
Are your stoneware items microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all Costa Nova stoneware products are oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. They are designed to resist thermal shock and are highly resistant to chipping and scratching.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For smaller orders, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor and tableware?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within North America and Europe. For other regions, please contact our customer service team to discuss custom shipping arrangements and potential duties.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our ceramics, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items, and we will send a replacement immediately.
